I’m Juliet, but since you are here, you can call me Julz like my close friends do. I am a Business optimization strategist who teaches, Leadership, Team Development strategies and Project Management tricks to entrepreneurs.  I absolutely love breaking down all the tricks I used as a Project Manager in corporate to entrepreneurs to help take their business to higher heights of success.  

I have been in the project management consulting industry for about 8 years. As young as 27 I was already a top billing Project management consultant at Fortune 500 companies and managing multi-million dollar contracts with a well-rounded team developed by me.

To be honest, I stumbled into leadership unwittingly. After a short while in my first role as a project manager, I was given something similar to a double promotion; higher pay and a team. I knew I had the technical skills for the job, but what would set me and my team apart would be to intentionally enhance my leadership skills. My gamble paid off, my team won a few awards and I was called on to teach what I knew to my colleagues. It was in that process of teaching something clicked for me. I LOVED showing people ways to optimize the synergy of their teams and pairing the right project management tools for each challenge.

All of that brings us to right now, I decided to use what I’d learned in the corporate world to serve small businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profits and ministries on how to stream line their operation and productivity by using industry tested principles.
